This MK2 Ford Transit LHD German Fire Truck Has Been Used And Then Restored…

“It has had thousands spent. It has 6 new Yokohama tyres, brakes overhauled, new shock absorbers, and although I have no paperwork to back it up, apparently the engine was rebuilt. It does run very well although not fast. I have the first German log book and a copy of the newer one, the NOVA import documentation as well as the U.K. V5 with me as the first and only English owner. I have a large file of paperwork, a workshop manual, a handbook and spare wheel and a small box of spares. It still has the blue light on the roof that spins on a switch and the ladders on the roof. The paintwork is not the finest job at all but it is a sold truck. The seats, door trims and dashboard pads have been reupholstered in lovely black leather with red stitching.”
