This Capri GT XLR MK1 dates from March 1971 and has the rare Essex 2 litre V4 unit which produced 95 bhp. A rare early car with the proper flat bonnet and rare Capri 3 litre Rostyle wheels.
First registered in Luton, it is an exceptionally correct and original example having just 2 former UK owners, plus 1 in Eire and 1 in the Channel Islands. The Tawny Dark Gold metallic paint work was refreshed c.2013 due to fading and the bodyshell is superb and rust free as far as we can see….
