“4 former keepers since new – 22/11/1984 first registration. Owned for the last 29 years but in the family for a total of 32 years. Always garaged and kept in a carcoon (air controlled bubble which stops ingress of moisture, insects, dust & dirt etc). Lovingly restored over many years after insurance company write off due to genuine Ford air conditioning radiator / condenser unavailable and as car couldn’t be put back to original condition due to this it was written off!) Accident is not recorded on V5. Accident was a low speed collision on a mini roundabout, i had just pulled off from giving way on roundabout when a GPO van came from my left straight in front of me i swerved to the right and stopped his rear bumper which had been replaced with a foot plate that wrapped around the side of the van and it was the return of the footplate that went through the indicator and head light opening of my car and damage the inlet to the condensor.
Car was driven home after accident.”
