MK2 Ford Escort RS2000 Spec Historic Rally Car

We saw this MK2 Ford Escort RS2000 Spec Historic Rally Car in action at the weekend, a lovely car!

Historic rally car with great history, built from a Popular plus shell strengened and with a well tuned rs2000 engine developing 163approx bhp at the wheels ….well known car having competed for years with its two previous owners , a credit to the builders as it is still in great condition a genuine Hstoric rally car.Due to the previous owners illness it has only had a trip to the mot stn for the last five years and currently is motd all of which it has flown through. I have used it at Shelsley Walsh, and Eppynt hillclimbs and is fresh from a very wet weekend at Hatton Grange and Weston Park on the Rallying History Fstival totally reliableon all. Please excuse mud showing on pics havent finished cleaning it yet…
