“Selling my ford escort mk1 Mexico spec car was originally 1300e only four former owners car was fully restored over 12 years ago it’s been fitted with 2.1 pinto with fast road cam lightening and balanced with two 45s Webber carbs sound great has type 9 gear box five speed disc brakes on front plus coil overs on front to anti tramp bars on rear. The body work is in good clean condition painted in Le Mans green which was done 12 years ago still look good body work is all good steel Mexico front wings underneath is in same colour plus floors inside and see did not have much welding no carpets so Notting being hidden has half roll cage in rear plus fire wall can easily put back to normal with rear seats few small marks in paint me being fussy but still a nice looking escort six pod dash. Original minalite wheels with like new tyres, Alloy fuel tank in boot plus battery in alloy case had all fuel line plus brake pipes when was restored uprated peadal box, All alloy door cards plus strut brace, Painted in same colour underneath plus all waxed when was done”
