Ford Capri 3.0 Essex V6 with S Stripes

Tidy… we’re liking this Ford Capri 3.0 Essex V6 with S Stripes finished in Signal orange.

Built into a later shell after original shell became too expensive to repair. She not a concourse trailer queen but it’s a very usable car that turns heads. Full 3.0 running gear. 3.0 Essex V6 mated to a 4 speed box. Car is fitted with an Alloy Radiator, full Capri Club exhaust including manifolds, recent alternator, has had a recent service and rolling road set up, which produced good results.

Mot till April 2025. Car does show a massive mileage discrepancy this was due to previous owner fitting a new Speedo set at 0. I’ve had the original clock repaired so now it’s back showing the original mileage. Painted in Signal Orange, with S stripes. Paintwork isn’t 100% but wouldn’t take much to get it up to scratch, I’d say it’s 90%. Fitted with nearly new 7.5 x 13 JBW RS rep 4 spokes, fitted with Nankang tyres which have done 500 miles.
