Drool… we’re loving this MK2 Ford Escort Harrier which has been restored to a high standard.
The listing states “Reluctantly selling my very rare Mk2 1980 RS 1600 harrier which is believed to be one of only 26 cars left in the world today. The car has been restored to a very high standard as you can see in the photos and has not covered more than 150 miles since the rebuild, only being driven in dry conditions. Would be a fantastic investment or show car. Its had a full respray in the original colour including the underneath, interior is in perfect condition with front and rear seats being recovered and new door cards and trim, the engine and gearbox have both been completely rebuilt by John Nutt at Nutts performance classics no expense spared. The engine was built as a fast road engine being bored out to 1720cc with new pistons, crank work, high lift camshaft, head work and twin 40’s etc. gearbox was also rebuilt and engine was set up on a rolling road. Wilwood brakes on the front and the alloy wheels were also refurbished aswell as all components on the underneath of the car, just fitted all new poly bushes all round”
