1990 Ford Escort XR3i Cabriolet with MOT till end of May 2025…

Imported from Guernsey in 2009 on 28k. It then did circa 700miles in the following 11 years before being sold by a dealer in 2020 on a mere 29k. It was then used as a daily for the following 18 months. I then bought it in July 2022.

Completely original bar an aftermarket exhaust back box
Central locking
Electric mirrors
Power roof
Original Ford stereo with working electric aerial
Half leather interior

The sump gasket was leaking so I removed the engine and gave it a refresh in early 2023 (circa 400miles ago) which included all gaskets,
clutch,
valve stem seals,
thermostat,
valves all lapped in.
I also painted the block and cleaned the engine bay.
