1980 MK2 Ford Escort 2.0 Pinto

“Was originally a 1300 crossflow with a 4 speed gearbox but that has since been replaced with a 2.0 pinto
202 block had new water pump timing belt etc when fitted
Has a big wing sump fitted with pick up pipe to suit.
Welding work to the tunnel was done to fit the type 9, 5 speed gearbox.
New prop shaft was fitted,
English axle fitted along with 2” lowering blocks etc front springs to match fitted also.
It had a set of new front callipers just after I bought it in January 2021,
New rear wheel cylinde on the near side too.
Could benifit from a new near side front bearing, have one to come with it just haven’t got the correct tools to do
Standard interior with no rips or tares, aftermarket temp gauge installed.
Running and driving although it does require a bit more love to make it perfect, after all it is a 43 year old car.
It’s still running it’s 1.3 radiator and a 9” fan which to be fair could do with being better.
It could do with a little tidy up here and there but like I say it is a 43 year old car.”
