In storage for the last 20 years… 1979 MK2 Ford Escort RS2000
Keys and logbook present. Complete car. Been in storage for the last 20 years. Show car back in the ’90’s, has been built with no expense spared. Pinto, fully rebuilt with dry sump setup and has had everything done to it that you can imagine. It has been fitted, but not run in since the build. Would obviously need checking over and service parts replacing prior to trying to start/ run. I do have the original complete engine and gearbox too, that can be included with the car potentially. The brakes and suspension etc are all basically new on the car.
Some modifications that really enhance the car, group2 genuine bonnet quick release catches, genuine aircraft style billet fuel cap, new fuel cell and oil tanks located in the boot. Genuine, period fully refurbished alloy wheels, not after market copies. Interior is all standard and in perfect condition, Recaro seats with Fish-net headrests, mint door cards, centre console, etc. Needs restoration.
